A rice transplanter comprises: a vehicle(10) having a main frame and a vehicle body cover covering the main frame; a planting apparatus(50) which is installed at the rear of the vehicle in order to ascend and descend and is equipped with a rice sprout shelf and a float; a hydraulic adjustment lever controlling the posture control sensitivity of the rice sprout shelf about the slope of the float; and a hydraulic stopping lever(38) fixing the lift location of the planting apparatus.
