CAMERA MODULE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

A camera module and a driving method thereof for miniaturizing or lightening the camera module are provided to miniaturize by including a power delivery member having a screw thread varying a pitch and varying interval between lens assemblies. A first optic assembly(200) and a second lens assembly(300) are equipped. According to the first and the second lens assembly moves between screw threads, a distance between each lens assembly is varied. The screw thread which one power transmission element varies of the pitch is formed. The power transmission element moves the first and the second lens assembly according to the different trace. Distance between the first and the second lens is gradually far in order to move the power transmission element.
