A process for preparation of two-layer fuel briquette comprises mixing of components with bonding material and pressing of cylindrical briquettes. The constituents of the main part of fuel briquette - anthracite fines, wood coal, preliminary milled and screened through cribble, organic bonding material – waste of paper-and-pulp and oil-refining industries, are supplied into mixing installation. Simultaneously the constituents of the flame part - wood coal, preliminary milled and screened through cribble, organic bonding material – waste of paper-and-pulp and oil-refining industries, solid alcohol, potassium nitre, anthracite fines. The qualitative mixing is realized in mixing installation while obtainment of intimate mixtures. After that by means of transporting devices the obtained mixtures are supplied to the zone of power pressing of rotor multiple-point press, where the batching of mixture of flame part and batching of mixture of main part are realized. After that the main layer fills the form, than – the flame layer, and then the two-layer fuel briquette is pressed. Simultaneously the air chutes are punched in briquette by means of stamping punch. |
