METHOD FOR GENERATING VESICO-URETHRAL ANASTOMOSIS IN RETROPUBIC SIMPLE PROSTATECTOMY

A method for generating vesico-urethral anastomosis in retropubic simple prostatectomy comprises the generation of the anatomically adjusted vesico-urethral anastomosis with the aid of two or three U-shaped ligatures fixing the posterior semicircle of the bladder neck to the lateral walls of the prostatic division of the ureter. The cut of the anterior fibrous stroma of the prostate is sutured with the ends of the provisional ligature applied beforehand to the deep branch of the dorsal vein of penis. One more ligature is provided for the tight fixation and precise juxtaposition of the end of dissected anterior semicircle of the anterior fibrous stroma in the movements of the needle from urethra to the anterior semicircle of the bladder neck.
