A hot water supply device for a heated water circulation mat is provided to prevent that the operational efficiency of a pump and the thermotherapy effect of a circulation mat is degraded. A hot water supply device for a heated water circulating mat comprises: a pump connected between a heat radiant warm water pipe of heat water circulating mat and a hot water tank(120), and supplying the water to the heat radiant warm water pipe; a water supply valve(140) communicating the inside of the hot water tank and a water supply ball(104) of an auxiliary water tub(103); an exhaust hole(106) communicating an exhaust valve(160) of the auxiliary water tub and ventilating passage(126) of the hot water tank; and a protrusion cap(180) protruding upward to the exhaust hole of the auxiliary water tub.
