PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the feed for fisheries, livestock and pet food which maintains an antioxidant effect for a long period by incorporating the components obtd. by subjecting fish testicles to centrifugal sepn. and/or alcohol sepn. SOLUTION: Testicle components are obtd. by subjecting, for example, 1kg cod testicles to the centrifugal sepn. for 30 minutes at 3000rpm and removing the precipitate, then subjecting the cod testicles to spray drying. The feed is formed by dissolving 2.0kg resulted testicle components and 0.2kg D-α-tocopherol in 1 liter ethanol and adding the soln. to 100kg Alaska pollack liver oil, then sufficiently mixing the soln. and removing the ethanol under a reduced pressure. The respective raw materials are so prepd. that total 100kg is attained by the compsn. ratios consisting of 78(wt.)% fish meal, 4% α-starch, 3% vitamin mixture, 1% mineral mixture 10% fish testicle components described above, 0.1% potassium sorbic acid, 3% carboxymethyl cellulose and 10.9% coating B. These raw materials are molded and extruded and the moldings are dried, by which the desired feed is obtd. |
