An apparatus for filtering anti cluster wave of a radar is provided to reduce a return time by inserting a log curve in which a sudden change is not generated. In an apparatus for filtering anti cluster wave of a radar, a reflected wave of sea level filtering device of the radar is comprised of a controller(11), a transmission unit(13), a receiver(15), a detection unit(17), a filtering portion(19), and output unit(21). A controller controls the transmission unit and antenna(S2) in order to emit an electric wave, and receives the radiated electric wave receiver and antenna is controlled. The output unit outputs a video signal generated with the filtering portion.
