A steering wheel damper is provided that the durability of product is improved since the rubber link system between the mass and the fixing plate are improved. A steering wheel damper(10) comprises a fixing plate(20) and a mass(30) installed inside the herb comprising the steering wheel, a rubber connection part(40) isolating the fixing plate from mass, a coupling hole(22,32) which the fixing plate and mass are formed in the corresponding location. The coupling hole formed in the fixing plate comprises the rubber connection part. A bonding groove(42) is formed on the top of the rubber connection part. The bonding groove of the rubber connection part is mounted the coupling hole formed on the mass.
