A carbon nanotube manufacturing device is provided to prevent erasure of the carbon nanotube, to improve productivity and to cut down manufacturing cost. A carbon nanotube manufacturing device contains: a reactor(110) forming reaction space in which the carbon nanotube is generated and flowing metallic catalyst and source gas; and a filter unit(160) filtering metallic catalyst flown in the reaction space, equipped in the reaction space, made of porous quality and exhausting exhaust gas. The filter unit contains a plate(161) positioned to be adjacent to an exhaust pipe and in opposite directions to upper side of the reactor and one or more filter(162) filtering metallic catalyst and preventing the metallic catalyst from being flown into the exhaust pipe. |
