An application executing apparatus in the virtual environment and a method thereof are provided to construct only a kernel optimized for only an application code which is performed in the virtual environment without a separate guest operating system. An initialization part(71) constructs a call gate which defines the initial entry path to a virtual environment kernel level, and then performs an initialization process for the virtual environment. An operation manager(72) receives an instruction for performing an execution application within the virtual environment from the outside, and then manages the operation of the application in a user level according to the instruction. A virtual environment conversion part(73) enters the virtual kernel level by the call gate, and then stores registry information which has been executed up to the most recent in the user level of an existing operating system, that is, CPU context information of the current actual environment.
