PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital multifunction machine for calculating a usage charge by taking into consideration an actual usage state. SOLUTION: The digital multifunction machine 1 includes the number of read sheets counter 14 for counting the number of read sheets to be processed by a reading part 12. The number of read sheets counter 14 has a charging counter 141 and a physical counter 142. The charging counter 141 increases count per one sheet of read original from one for an original size that is a prescribed size or larger. The physical counter 142 makes count per one sheet of read original one also for the original size that is the prescribed size or larger. The digital multifunction machine 1 can calculate the usage charge of the reading part 12 on the basis of counts in the charging counter 141. The digital multifunction machine 1 can determine whether to replace consumables such as the feeding roller of the reading part 12 on the basis of counts in the physical counter 142.
