PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured wearable soundproof device with reduced power consumption. SOLUTION: The wearable soundproof device has a sound insulation part 11 which separates the closed space including an ear drum from outside. A part of the sound insulation part 11 is formed of a first polymeric film 21 disposed on the outside and a second polymeric film 22 disposed on the ear drum side. The polymeric films 21 and 22 have a curvature. The first polymeric film 22 is electrically connected to a negative capacitance circuit 30 and the second polymeric film 22 is electrically connected to an amplification circuit 31. The soundproof device also has sponges 54 and 55 to apply prescribed tension to the polymeric films 21 and 22 respectively. The negative capacitance circuit 30 includes sound insulation quantity adjusting means 32 for adjusting the quantity of sound insulation and sound insulation frequency adjusting means 33 for adjusting the sound insulation frequency.
