PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission circuit and signal transmission method, capable of preventing degradation in characteristics, with an easy and simple configuration. SOLUTION: A signal transmission circuit 1 which transmits a differential signal comprises a driver 2 for outputting a differential signal, a plurality of receivers 31, 32, ..., 3(n) for receiving the differential signal, a plurality of resistive elements R1, R2, ... R(n) provided to the receivers 31, 32, ..., 3(n) respectively and connected between a pair of transmission lines for transmitting the differential signal, and an output current changing part 4 for changing an output current that drives the transmission line according to a total resistance value of the resistive elements R1, R2, ...
