PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a remote control drain plug device, in which lifting operation of a drain plug by a release wire inserted through a bush mounted on a drain pipe is transmitted, that the release wire is made loose or tense making connection to an operation part difficult, since the release wire can not be pulled out or inserted and the length between the bush of the release wire and the operation part can not be changed for adjustment. SOLUTION: In the remote control drain plug device in which lifting operation of the drain plug by the release wire is transmitted, the drain pipe has a pulled-out branch pipe, and the release wire is inserted into the pulled-out branch pipe, which is covered with the bush fitted in a sealing manner. The bush comprises a bellows-like trunk part, a labyrinth part formed of ring-shaped recesses and protrusions to which an end of the release wire is fitted in a sealing manner, and a mounting part covering the pulled-out branch pipe.
