PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a new folding structure and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This folding tool is characterized by having an obverse plane tool 103 and a reverse plane tool 105 of the folding structure having plate materials (103a-103n, 103p) and (105a-105n, 105p) having an expansion margin including a margin for covering folding displacement in a basic pattern to an original plane material PA of a contour shape having the expansion margin including the margin for covering the folding displacement in the basic pattern of Miura folding R and continuously connected in a plurality so as to correspond to a size shape, and movable parts 31A and 32A capable of folding corresponding to a fold line between the plate materials (103a-103n, 103p) and (105a-105n, 105p).
