PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduction sheet capable of easily bending a shield harness, and a shield harness comprising the conductor sheet. SOLUTION: The shield harness 1 comprises electric wires 2, a drain line 3, and the conductor sheet 4. The electric wire 2 comprises a core wire 5, and a covering part 6. The drain line 3 comprises a core wire 7. The conductor sheet 4 comprises an insulating insulation layer 8 and an insulating metal plate layer 9 laminated on the insulating insulation layer 8. A plurality of recessed parts 12 are formed on the metal plate layer 9. The shield harness 1 is constituted by winding the conductor sheet 4 around the outer periphery of the electric wires 2 and the drain line 3 and fixing both ends to each other in a state that the metal plate layer 9 is positioned inside and the insulation layer 8 is positioned outside.
