PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-quantity control blade, wherein tact time is shortened and the thinning is attained, while maintaining the dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: An aperture blade 1 includes: a light-shielding member 10, which essentially consists of a laser beam absorbing resin and intercepts a beam; a filter member 20, which essentially consists a laser beam transmitting resin and imparts a prescribed transmittance to the optical flux; and a fusion part 30, which is formed between the light-shielding member 10 and the filter member 20 and in which the light-shielding member 10 and the filter member 20 are fused to each other. The fusion part 30 is formed, by irradiating a contact face between the edge surface of the light-shielding member 10 and the edge surface of the filter member 20 with the laser beam transmitted through the filter member 20.
