PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheathing roof board ventilating device which makes rainwater hardly intrude from an opening provided in a sheathing roof board and an underlayment material, and which can be easily manufactured and constructed. SOLUTION: This sheathing roof board ventilating device comprises a bottom surface portion 1, a rising portion 2, and a top surface portion 3. The bottom surface portion 1 is provided with a fixing portion 4 for fixing the sheathing roof board ventilating device to the sheathing roof board via the underlayment material; the rising portion 2 is erected on the bottom surface portion 1; the top surface portion 3, at least the leading end of which is provided with an obliquely-descending portion 3a, is horizontally provided on the rising portion 2; and air vents V1 and V2 are formed on both the side lower portions of the top surface portion 3 and the lower portion of the obliquely-descending portion 3a, respectively.
