METHOD FOR SELECTING EUPOID SPERM

Provided is a method for selecting an euploid sperm to improve a possibility of selecting a healthy sperm by using HOST(Hypo-Osmotic Swelling Test) and FISH(Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) together. A method for selecting an euploid sperm comprises the following steps of: selecting a group of sperm slides, which have both survivability and intactness, by using HOST(Hypo-Osmotic Swelling Test); processing FISH(Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) in which fluorescent DNA is adhered to the selected slice to confirm the number of chromosome; and selecting a group of sperms which include tail-tip expansion properties as well as aneuploidy.
