An environment friendly powder paint composition is provided to minimize the amount of wastes by using a mixture with an alcohol, to prevent the corrosion of the objects, and to ensure deodorization and sterilization functions. A method for manufacturing an environment friendly powder paint composition comprises a step for injecting a main raw material 60~70 parts by weight containing at least one of dry charcoal, yellow soil, metal, elvan and jewel, sealant 15~25 parts by weight, additive 10 parts by weight which is a mixture consisting of a wetting agent, thickening agent, ammonia, alcohol, and pyroligneous liquid, and a mixture 5 parts by weight of potassium silicate(K2SiO3) and sodium silicate(Na2SiO3), and mixing and kneading the materials; a step for cutting the obtained mixture; a step for removing moisture by drying the granules; and a step for pulverizing the moisture-removed granules. |
