<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the lock of a bicycle also as a head lamp. SOLUTION: A lens 3, a bulb 4, a reflector 5, and a battery 6 are assembled into the top end of a cylindrical case 1 so as to form a head lamp part 2. Also the case is held by a holding metal fitting mounted on a handle, and inserted into a receiving metal fitting 16 installed on a fork and inserting metal fitting 17, and a locking lever 11 projected to a side is locked to a lock hole 18 provided in the inserting metal 17 so as to lock so that the rotation of a tire is disabled.</p> |
