An apparatus and a method for a traffic card A/S using an auto vending machine are provided to replace a damaged traffic card with a new traffic card within a guarantee period of a traffic card by additionally installing an A/S input hole and an A/S request box for replacing a traffic card. A traffic card show window(11) is formed on a front top side of a main body(9). A traffic card(20) is formed into various designs. A touch screen(1) is installed in a bottom of the traffic card show window. The touch screen is used in order to select items of a card purchase, a charge supplement, a card replacement, and a help, and displays a character and a graphic about requests. A card loading part(2) is installed in a bottom of the touch screen. A card and change output hole(15) is formed in a bottom of the card loading part. A paper input hole(5), a receipt output hole(3), and an A/S input hole(12) are vertically installed in the other side of the touch screen in a row. |
