A buffering sliding chute for a conveyor belt of a belt conveyor comprises a supporting frame made of steel, wherein the supporting frame is provided with a buffer pad on its upper side, and a supporting surface layer is fixed on the upper side of the buffer pad. The supporting surface layer consists of a plurality of ceramic wafers or GRP pieces, which are arrayed on the buffer pad. The buffer pad is made from rubber sheet of combustion resistance and electrical conductivity. The buffer pad is fixed on the supporting frame by at least one steel bar. There is a connecting slot within the steel bar(s) which are connected to the supporting frame by T shaped bolts. The ceramic wafers or GRP pieces can have any geometric shape. The invention utilizes the slot-type buffer pad and the supporting surface layer to support a conveyor belt, so the conveyor belt would uneasily deviate its running path during the period of its receving material and have good buffer performance and shock resistance. The supporting surface layer constituted by ceramic wafers or GRP pieces is of wear resistance and combustion resistance, and can be used even if there is explosive and inflammable gas in a mine. |
