A portable automatic steel-reinforcement rolling machine is provided to perform turning and threading of steel reinforcement end continuously and to use a nut type connection piece with minimized thickness. A portable automatic steel-reinforcement rolling machine(1) comprises a worktable(4) installed on a body(3), a pair of guide bars installed on both sides of a support(6), a reversible motor(12) fixed in a motor mounting plate, a coupling housing(16) combined in the motor mounting plate, a tool housing(22) fixed to a tool installation plate combined in a slide member, a rolling tool fixing plate formed integrally in a driving shaft(14), a tool transfer cylinder(30) installed between a cover(23) and the worktable, a rolling tool(40) which pressurizes a shaft fixing plate with a fixing ring and fixes it with a bolt, a turning tool(50) having a doughnut-shaped external cover fixed to the turning tool body with a bolt, a clamping unit(90) installed in front of the worktable, a hydraulic device(110) installed under the worktable, and a controller(130) installed in the body.
