METHOD OF CONTINUOUS PER PIECE SEPARATION OF LOOSE BANKNOTES AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: mechanics; technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of a unit for separation of individual banknotes from the stack and a delivery mechanism. The delivery mechanism has two delivery elements (the first one and the second one). The first delivery element is designed movable in multiple coordinate directions while the second delivery element is movable in but a single direction. The proposed method of continuous per piece separation of loose banknotes envisages relocation of a stack of loose banknotes from the stack acceptance position to the position required for the top lying banknote to be picked up and separated from the stack. The fist delivery element supports the stack to be separated and delivers it to the per piece banknote separation unit. ^ EFFECT: continuous operation resulting in improved performance of the device. ^ 24 cl, 24 dwg
