A return spring assembly structure for an oil pressure clutch of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent a coil spring from being bucked by inserting a circular member between a clutch piston and a spring retainer. In a return spring assembly structure for an oil pressure clutch of an automatic transmission, a clutch disk is operated by the pressurized of a clutch piston(20). A plurality of coil springs(10) is mounted on a spring retainer(30) to the columnar direction by a constant interval. A circular shape member(60) is inserted between a clutch piston and a spring retainer. A torque is delivered through the clutch piston to the spring retainer and is offset by the self rotation of the circular shape member, and the torque suppresses buckling generation of the coil spring.
