A server-based data security/management system is provided to enable a user to delete all documents, which are automatically stored in a specific server through a file I/O Framework control program installed in a computer of an enterprise, automatically on a computer of the user. A user computer(100) is connected to a network, and has a file I/O Framework control module(110), a print control module(120) and a server file search module(130) therein. A server(200) comprises a document/file management service module(210), a log-in service module(220), a file log service module(230), a print log service module(240) and an administrator service module(250). The document/file management service module manages documents which are automatically stored in the server when preparing a document on the user computer. A database(300) stores logs for opening and saving files, transmitted by the file access log module(114) and output log transmission module(122) of the user computer, output information about the output and image files.
