Disclosed is a combination of 3-aminopropanesulfonic acid or sodium 3-aminopropanesulfonate or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof with a second agent selected from cholinesterase inhibitors and NMDA receptor antagonists. The combination is useful for the treatment of an amyloid-beta related disease or condition.
