A warm-wind construction including electric heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent separation among task by adamantly binding the cooling fin of the heat spreader part, and to easily changing the heating value. A warm-wind construction including electric heater comprises a plurality of insert holes(534) developed into the laminated direction of the cooling fin; the heat spreader part(530) including the thermal conductance supporting pipe body(539) inserted into the part or the whole of the insert hole; the electric heater(520) which is inserted into the insert hole and supporting pipe body of the heat spreader part in order to expose the terminal to outside; one or more conductive plate which electrically connects the terminal of the electric heater; the bracket part(510) supporting the side of the heat spreader part; the support bracket(552) having blowholes(558); one or more installation brackets fixed to the support bracket; and the electric heater consisting of the motor installed at installation bracket, and the ventilation fan connected to the motor.
