FIELD: physics, computer engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: system and method are stated for time-scaled priority-oriented planner. For this purpose algorithm of flexible planning that uses variable durations of planning presents possibility of better utilization of system throughput capacity. Enquiry of transmission speed is sent, if data arrives to buffer, data in buffer goes out of buffer depth limits, and sufficient capacity is available to transmit at requested speed. Assignment of transmission speed sensitive to request of transmission speed indicates planned duration and planned transmission speed used for planned duration. Planned duration is less than or equal to planning period. Planning period is time interval, on the expiry of which planner prepares planning solution. Planning period is variable, as well as planned duration. ^ EFFECT: creation of flexible planning algorithm that uses variable durations of planning to maximize coefficient of system throughput capacity utilisation. ^ 34 cl, 7 dwg, 1 tbl |
