POLYOL USING ORGANO CLAY AND POLYURETHANE FOR SHOES MIDDLE LAYER USING THE ORGANO CLAY

A polyol using an organic clay, and a polyurethane for a midsole containing the polyol are provided to prevent clay from being precipitated in a polyol and to allow the interlayer distance of clay to be increased easily. A polyol using an organic clay is prepared by stirring 30-48 wt% of a diacid or a triacid, 1-19 wt% of an organic clay having a hydroxyl group, 50-60 wt% of dimethylformaldehyde and 0.1-1 wt% of a catalyst at a room temperature for 1-15 hours, and reacting them at 100-160 deg.C for 5-24 hours to prepare a suspension; reacting the suspension with a diol or a triol by esterification.
