The work top (PLA) has movable plane elements e.g. corners (PAG11-PAG13, PAG21-PAG23, PAG31-PAG33) comprising a circle or ovoid shaped hollow, where the work top is folded in a same manner as that of a book. The elements conceal all or part of vacuums when a variable rectangular surface (SUR) presents the vacuums, where the elements and vacuums are of disk, ovoid or ellipsoid section. The elements increase the surface presenting outgrowths when the surface does not present the vacuums, where the elements and the outgrowths are of the disk, ovoid or ellipsoid section.
