FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in designs of end abrasive tools. The latter comprise body with radial slots, annular groove and tail piece with threaded external surface. Pusher fixed by nut is installed in tail piece with possibility of axial displacement. Elements of abrasive bars fastening are arranged in the form of wedges installed in body groove and installed with possibility of contact with dowels that are spring-loaded in radial direction along conical surface. Body tail piece is arranged with smooth cylindrical section, where key is installed for conjugation with key slot arranged in pusher opening. Rim is fixed on peripheral surface of body and serves as element of bars fastening and having slots arranged at the angle to tool axis. Bars are arranged with longitudinal wedge-like slot with depth of 0.6...0.65 of bar thickness filled with hard lubricant material. Grooves in bars are inverted in turns to axis of tool rotation or rim. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of processing and lower expenditure of abrasive material, higher accuracy of tool adjustment and work safety. ^ 2 dwg |
