A method and an apparatus for reducing various noises of an image at once are provided to reduce noise of color values of a current pixel, thereby removing various noises at once. An apparatus for reducing various noises of an image determines a color reference value corresponding to a correction value of a color value of a current pixel based on a difference value between a color value of the current pixel and a color value of a pixel next to the current pixel among pixels of an image outputted from an image sensor(61). The apparatus for reducing various noises of an image determined integrated filter kernel coefficients indicating weights of the current pixel and the pixel next to the current pixel based on similarity of the color values of the current pixel and the pixel next to the current pixel(62). The apparatus for reducing various noises of an image weight-averages the color values by applying the integrated filter kernel coefficient to reduce noise of the color value of the current pixel(63).
