PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus which allows a normal user to easily acquire a route to the user's home through his cellular phone terminal, at a disaster. SOLUTION: The data processing apparatus 100, when receiving a cellular phone e-mail address CMA acquired from a user's cellular phone terminal 300 by a data collection terminal 200, detects a collection terminal position CTP of the data collection terminal 200 and a user's home position YHP of the ordinary user, generates traveling route data TMD from the collection terminal position CTP to the user's home position YHP, and returns at least part of the generated traveling route data TMD from the data collection terminal 200 to the user's cellular phone terminal 300 through the cellular phone e-mail address CMA. The user's cellular phone terminal 300 of a normal user who has accessed the data collection terminal 200 is thereby provided with the traveling route data TMD from the collection terminal position CTP, or its present position, to the user's home position YHP.
