A strip-lining flooring method is provided to form recycling pipes by mounting strips straightly in the longitudinal direction of existing pipe ways regardless of obstacles or damages in the pipe ways. A strip-lining flooring method includes the steps of attaching a fixing iron structure on an inner peripheral wall of an existing pipe(100), coupling a plurality of strips extended in the longitudinal direction with the fixing iron structure at a uniform interval(110), fitting joiners extended in the longitudinal direction between the strips so as to finish the inner peripheral wall of the existing pipe(120), and injecting fillers between the inner peripheral wall and the strips for integrating the strips into the existing pipe(130). |
