<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail type earthquake-resistant structure whose constitution is simple. <P>SOLUTION: The rail type earthquake-resistant structure 10 includes two rails 30A and 30B arranged in parallel to each other on a panel member 12 forming a floor 11, and a plurality of servers 40 arranged between the rails adjacently to one another and fixed to the rails 30A and 30B. Electronic equipment stored in a server 40 is taken in and out in directions orthogonal to the rails 30A and 30B. The rails 30A and 30B have their positions fixed with fixing bolts 24 penetrating a panel member 12.
