A voltage dividing circuit producing reference voltage and a magnetic sensor circuit using the same are provided to change voltage value of detection and release points as power supply voltage is changed without diversifying the width of the hysteresis. A voltage distribution part consists of resistance rows in which a plurality of resistors are serially connected. First voltage is applied at one end of the resistance rows and second voltage is applied in the other end. The voltage distribution part outputs voltage divided from a connecting point of each resistor. A first static current source is connected to the first connecting point in the resistance rows. As to the resistance rows, a second static current source is connected to a second connecting point having symmetry position with the first connecting point about the center of the resistance rows.
