<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dramatically improve lock and fixation force of a cord member with respect to a base member. <P>SOLUTION: When an insertion member 25 is inserted to a storage member 23, feeder cords 19 are closed and locked inside insertion spaces 27a, 27b formed between the storage member 23 and the insertion member 25 while surrounded, so as to lock and fix the feeder cords 19 to a rotor housing 15. Thus, by the extremely simple work to insert the insertion member 25 to the storage member 23, the feeder cords 19 can be closed, locked and fixed inside the insertion spaces 27a, 27b while surrounded, so as to prevent detachment of the feeder cords 19 from the storage member 23.
