PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate member for a coil structure of a rotary motor, which can be disposed on a bobbin in order to easily wind an element wire regularly on each salient pole of a stator with the same accuracy, has excellent durability and is easily molded. SOLUTION: The plate member is provided on both ends of rotary axis direction of each cylindrical portion and has a plurality of groove portions 4a, 4b, 4c for guiding and arranging a coil element wire in winding the element wire which are formed in a winding direction. The plate member is positioned so as to engage with the cylindrical portion, on a circular cover member which forms a coil structure of a rotary motor provided with a cover member and a coil C formed with an element wire around thereto and wound around each salient pole and has multiple-connected bobbins 2 each having a plurality of cylindrical portions 22 which cover the surface of salient poles in a state where the strand 10 is wound and flanges 24i, 24o protruding from inside/outside diameter end portions 22i, 22o of the cylindrical portion. Thus, groove portions are formed on a planar surface 4q opposite to the engaging surface 4p and on both side surfaces 4s, 4t continuing to the planar surface, and the engaging surface and both the side surfaces are made to gently continue.
