<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation for viewing reproducible related information such as animation associated with content such as an article of an electronic magazine. <P>SOLUTION: A television set 100 of this invention is the content display device displaying a plurality of contents and provided with a remote control signal receipt part 104 receiving a selection instruction, according to which a selection is made among the displayed contents, a related information detection part 114 detecting the related information 13 associated with the content designated by the selection instruction, and a related information processing part 115 reproducing the related information 13 detected by the related information detection part 114.
