PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting adjusting mechanism which does not take much time for installation and dispenses with special consideration given to more than the required level, regarding installation and uninstallation and can make rough adjustments and fine adjustments and can improve the adjustment accuracy. SOLUTION: A bearing section 26E has a spiral screw thread 260E with a fixed pitch, and a plurality of grooves 261E arranged on the screw thread 26OE. An adjuster 26F has a guide 260F, fitted with the groove 261F on the inner wall, and a locking pawl 262F for locking and fixing on the surface of an installation section on the outer wall, and is fixed by inserting it into an installation hole 220a. The adjuster 26F has a screw thread on the inner wall and pushes the adjuster 26F into the bearing section 26E in the direction of B, as shown in figure 5(b) based on the tie-wrap principle.
