PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch material cutting roll cutting a stretch material at high accuracy, also elongating a durable time of a cutting blade and reducing the exchange frequency of the cutting blade. SOLUTION: This stretch material cutting roll 50A is provided with a first roll 54A having a plurality of cutting blades 52a, 52b and 52c, and a second roll disposed facing the first roll 54A; wherein at least one of the first roll 54A and the second roll is attached with a spacer 72 projected from the roll surface at a fixed height, and retaining an interval between the mutually facing rolls.
