PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for polymerization which becomes a cured product having high pencil hardness, scratch resistance, wear resistance, adhesion to a substrate, transparency and weather resistance. SOLUTION: The resin composition for polymerization comprises urethane (meth)acrylate (A) obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate (a1) containing an isocyanuric acid ring with a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate (a2), a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (B) modified with an alkylene oxide or caprolactone, and an active energy ray polymerization initiator (C).
