An apparatus for guiding a bending slab is provide to prevent collision with a conveying roll because a guide roll and an inclined guide board have higher protrusion property than the conveying roll. An apparatus for guiding a bending slab comprises the followings: a base frame(200) fixed on bottom side of conveying rolls(120); a buffer cylinder(220) fixed on an upper side of the base frame; a pair of stands(270) having an operation ball(272); an operating piece(280); an elastic spring(250) installed between the buffer cylinder and the operating piece; and a guide roll(290) installed on an extrusion piece. The extrusion piece is provided an axis hole(286).
