A power transferring structure for a geared motor and a monitoring camera with the same are provided to protect a gear of a geared motor. A geared motor(110) is comprised of a step motor to realize fine control. An inner circumference of a connecting member(120) is inserted into an axis(110a) of the geared motor and fixed. A D-cut portion(121) is formed in a part of an outer circumference of the connecting member. A screw unit(122) is formed in an end of the outer circumference of the D-cut portion. The first rotating member(130) is fixed the D-cut portion. The screw unit fixes a mounting member(150). The first rotating member comprises a fixing unit(131) and the first projection unit(132).
