PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of noise due to vibration that when a nozzle is moved to apply a jet flow to a whole hand and quickly dry it, nozzle movable means is vibrated by an inertia force applied when the nozzle movable means is operated, and the vibration is propagated to other components to generate noise. SOLUTION: The nozzle movable means 8 for reciprocatingly moving the nozzle is provided adjacent to the nozzle 3, vibration prevention means is provided at a support part 20 for supporting the nozzle movable means 8 to reduce noise due to the vibration, reduce the noise caused by moving when the nozzle is moved, and reduce the noise of the jet flow generated from the nozzle.
