A method and apparatus for reproducing streaming data of the portable terminal seriatim is provided to output/reproduce the inputted streaming data and improve the processing speed. The apparatus for reproducing streaming data comprises the input unit(210), the buffer cache(230), and the NAND device(250) and the controller(290). The input unit inputs streaming data according to the unit of streaming data. The buffer cache receives streaming data from the input unit as the unit capacitance and provisionally stores streaming data. The NAND device receives the stored streaming data and streaming data of the input unit. If the capacity of the buffer cache is full, the controller controls the input unit in order to input streaming data of the input unit to the NAND cache.
