<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a tab and a bus bar by a simple method in a conductive material which has separately the bus bar and the tab. <P>SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of the conductive material in which a bus bar and a tab, formed respectively separately from a conductive metal plate, are fixed and integrated with the tab protruding from the bus bar. A V-shape groove is cut in the bus bar in thickness direction from the surface, and a thin portion is kept remaining between the lower end of the V-shape groove and the back face of the bus bar, a connector part is provided on one end side in length direction of the tab, and the other end side is made a bus bar jointing portion, and a projection end part is provided in a V-shape at the tip. The angleαof the projection end part is made smaller than the angleβof the V-shape groove, the projection end part of the bus bar jointing portion of the tab is pressed in the V-shape groove of the bus bar, the thin portion at the lower end of the V-shape groove is cut out by the press-fit force and the projection end part of a V-shape is made to protrude from the lower face of the bus bar, and the cut-out end face of the thin portion and the both side faces of the V-shape groove continuing from the cut-out end face are pressure contacted and fixed to the outer circumference of the tab. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
