PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel crane which is selectively switchable between an ordinary specification mode and a crane specification mode, and has an actuator activated by discharge oil from a hydraulic pump via a flow rate control valve, wherein the shovel crane in the crane specification mode is prevented from increasing turning speed thereof even if interlocking operation of turning of the crane and activation of the other actuator is carried out, to thereby achieve stable crane work. SOLUTION: The shovel crane is composed of a control device (54) which controls an oil maximum discharge amount of the hydraulic pump so as to be reduced when the shovel crane is in the crane specification mode and carries out individual turning operation. On the other hand, the control device controls the maximum discharge amount of the hydraulic pump so as to be increased compared with the individual turning operation, and limits the turning speed by a turning flow rate control valve when the shovel crane carries out the interlocking operation of turning of the crane and activation of the other actuator.
